1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!

2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

We offer FREE returns/exchanges if you receive a defected item. If a problem is present, please inform us ASAP.

3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?

If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help offer a low cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us.
